Damages and issues
Please notify us within 3 business days of receiving package to arrange replacement if your package has the following:
- Defective Item
- Damaged
- Incorrect color and or size
- Wrong Item
We will expedite and send out a replacement for you.
Non-returnable items
Under no circumstances can we return/exchange the following items; custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), undergarments (such as lingerie, bathing suits, etc), gift cards, SALE item. We also do not accept returns for any items that show wear and tear. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

NO Exchanges
Returns are handled on a case to case scenario. They are approved and processed via Email. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return ON GRANTED TERMS, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please refer to your bank or credit card company for processing time frames.
